MARKETING CHALLENGE

Our client, The Suburban Monk, had existing packaging and marketing materials that did not accurately reflect the positivity of their product offering, a happy thumbs-up monk statue named Little Syd. The client asked for a more modern, whimsical approach to their box packaging as well as redesigned marketing materials to match.

The client provided their existing brand assets, brand guidelines, previous packaging designs, and marketing materials for reference.

MEDIA HOUNDS SOLUTION

The finalized design consisted of a single minimal box design with attachable belly bands for the 14 different colors of Little Syd. Along with the box and bands, Media Hounds provided the updated marketing materials, which included color meaning cards, point-of-purchase guidelines, and a customer handout detailing the entire Suburban Monk collection.
