Marketing Challenge:

As Artemis finished construction on their newest condo development near Central Park, they challenged our team to help them sell these units quickly and at their highest market value. Artemis wanted this sales office to serve as a showroom to promote their new condos, shared amenities and local attractions.

Media Hounds Solution:

Our team created an advanced and immersive experience using a custom-mapped projection system that tied (4) HD projectors to create a single canvas across a massive curved wall. Every projection on this wall was touch controlled on the interactive table. As the sales associates guided potential buyers through the custom application, virtual walk-throughs and supporting imagery appeared on the screen. We built and designed the entire application and connected all facility areas through a Crestron panel, including lighting, blinds, projection, interactive table, audio and the ambient screens as they entered the building through the touch interface.
